![]() Since the decision is ultimately inconsequential though, witches and wizards should choose as they please between freeing Penny in Hogwarts Legacy, or kindly requesting that she stick around. This illusion of choice is a common theme within the RPG, thanks to the lack of a morality system in Hogwarts Legacy, but this predicament in particular can easily trick players into believing otherwise. If the student doesn't care much for the elf's sense of style, then they should feel free to choose whichever option they feel best suits their character's moral alignment or personality.Īt the end of the day, choosing whether to free Penny comes down to personal preferences, as the decision has no impact on gameplay, the shop, or character relationships whatsoever. There will be no differences in how the shop is run in fact, the only feasible distinction between the two outcomes is that freeing Penny will prompt her to wear her hat from that point onward. If you hate this game so much, I'm not sure why you're interested in the conversation. In other words, it doesn't matter all too much whether players free Penny in Hogwarts Legacy, as she will remain at the player's side regardless of which dialogue option they choose. I'm not upset I bought the game, and would like to have more experiences with it. The game is wildly popular and is being replayed by many after completion. If you want to play the PS5 exclusive quest, maybe make a friend with a PS5. ![]() I think too many Western people have fallen into a "keeping" mindset instead of a "seeking" mindset. It's not a practice we should love, but we should also remember that life is about experiencing things, not "keeping" things. All that stuff just gone, because part of what sells the game is the FOMO. But the concept does apply other placesįor instance, if you've missed a few time-limited story quests in Genshin Impact, it looks like you'll never be able to experience them. Not really a meaningful argument with this, sadly. First time I turned around and a mannequin was. Played it at like 2am the other night with no idea of what was coming. Best side quest in the entire game but oh dang did it creep the hell out of me. ![]() ![]() Hogwarts Legacy is not a valuable piece of media to "keep alive". Its a PS exclusive (timed exclusive iirc) side quest in Hogsmeade called 'Minding your own business' where you get your own shop at the end of it. We are losing digital media because of this practice and i believe in keeping digital media for future generations to see how our culture and gaming has changed over the years. I agree, but i hate exclusives for stuff. ![]()
